Return & Refund Policy

All built to order products such as bumpers are not returnable or refundable.

If you received a wrong or defective item, we will make it right and cover the return and exchange shipping.

For all other reasons, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 15% restocking fee and return shipping will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping is not refundable.

To start a return, fill out and submit the form below. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
