  • The top coat is applied when the zinc rich primer is baked to a pre-gelling state. Then the 2 layers are oven cured together for the best inter-layer bonding.
  • This durable 2-layer coating system is highly resistant to rust spreading from a scratch to bare metal. Most typical single layer powder coat fail overtime due to rust spreading from underneath.
