Warranty Policy

Tinkerer Design Studio warranty all products to be free of defects and uphold performance for 1 year from the delivery date, to the original purchaser. The product's warranty terminates when its ownership is transferred. All warranty claims must be submitted via the Warranty Claim Submission Form at the bottom of this page.

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as scratches, dents, coating damages or other damages that do not impair the core function of the product.

Warranty is void in conditions including, but not limited to, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation, product modifications, improper maintenance, overloading, racing and accidents.

Each warranty claim and its remedy is evaluated on a case by case basis. Remedy may include, but are not limited to, product replacement, product repair or refund (full or partial).

Warranty remedy is limited to products made by Tinkerer Design only. Tinkerer Design Studio is not responsible for Incidental or consequential fees (such as installation labor), expenses, or damages to any person or other property.

It is the sole discretion of Tinkerer Design Studio to determine warranty eligibility.

Disclaimer of Liability

Tinkerer Design Studio's sole liability to any user is limited to the warranty remedy set out in our Warranty Policy. In no event will Tinkerer Design Studio be liable for any lost time, profit or for any consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or any other damages of any kind or nature.
