In all cultures, there is always a group of people who are hyper focused, dedicated to their work, and devote their lives to perfect what they create. They are the craftsmen.
In Chinese and Japanese (Kanji), they are 匠 (pronounces "jiang" in Chinese, "takumi" in Japanese).

Tinkerer Design adopted an ancient font (from 800-200 B.C.) of the character 匠, to pay tribute to the everlasting craftsman's spirit.
Hi, welcome to Tinkerer Design Studio! I'm Kai.
Prior to this, I worked as a mechanical engineer in the corporate world for 7 years. I have always been an avid 4X4 enthusiast and enjoyed wheeling my Toyota FJ Cruiser.
In 2021, I decided to take on the adventure of starting my own business.
In addition to products, I also create videos to share my technical knowledge to the 4X4 communities. Check them out on my YouTube channel.
