Delivery to a commercial address requires forklifts or loading docks to unload the pallet.
Picking up from your local freight terminal is the best option if you don't have access to a commercial address. Use your home address at checkout. We will email you the terminal address closest to you.
Delivery to a residential address is not recommended due to high risk of damage. But it can be arranged at additional cost. Contact info@tinkererdesign.com for details.

If you did not choose powder coat in your order, you must coat the bumper prior to installation or rust will occur.

If this page shows "In stock, ready to ship", we have a batch of bumpers fully fabricated except for hoops and powder coat. Once you complete your order, we will complete the bumper based on your options and ship out in 2-5 weeks.

Fits all years FJ Cruiser
On 2010+ models, the wind shield washer bottle will be exposed. A relocation is recommended, but not required.
Some international models, such as Australian and Middle Eastern FJ Cruisers, are equipped with power steering coolers. Additional modification is required to install the inner structure.

CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum alloy
Grey Powder Coat is durable and UV resistant. It has a satin finish and medium grey color.
Black Hardcoat Anodized (MIL-A-8625, Type III) is a high wear resistant military-spec coating with a smooth finish. It is nickel acetate sealed for UV resistance.

Media blast + hi-temp outgas prep for optimal adhesion

Textured weather resistant black top coat
The top coat is applied when the zinc rich primer is baked to a pre-gelling state. Then the 2 layers are oven cured together for the best inter-layer bonding.
This durable 2-layer coating system is highly resistant to rust spreading from a scratch to bare metal. Most typical single layer powder coat fail overtime due to rust spreading from underneath.

Max winch capacity: 12,000 lbs
All winches require control box relocation. Typical control box mounting locations include in front of radiator, above main fuse box and behind main fuse box.
Hawse fairleads only. Not compatible with roller fairleads.

Pre-cut slots for light bars with 21.5" - 23.5" mounting bolt spacing.

Pre-cut slots for dual off-road lights up to 9" in diameter.

The bumper includes mounting tab for standard bracket mount, as well as mounting holes for flush bezel mount. Below illustrate the fit with 3 most popular models. Other similar models can also fit.
